Hilbert's Mill in Dzierżoniów

The Hilbert Mill in Dzierżoniów is the largest mill in Lower Silesia and one of the largest in Poland open to the public. Its history dates back to the 1830s, and it was thoroughly modernized in the 1930s, and the machinery installed at that time is still in working order today. Anyway - they were grinding flour until 2016, when the Foundation for the Protection of Silesian Industrial Heritage took it over. Today the mill is a museum, proof of Dzierżoniów's industrial might.
