About
A large area of Porąbka is covered with forests, mostly coniferous. Pine, spruce and fir trees dominate. On the slopes of Zasolnica, remnants of the former Carpathian forest have been preserved - old beech forest. The Soła River flowing through Porąbka is charming, on the banks of which grow willow, alder, willow, birch, poplar and aspen. A frequently visited place in Porąbka is the hamlet of Wielka Puszcza, which is a good tourist base. Three new tourist trails have been marked out in the Porąbka Commune, which start or end in the Porąbka village.
