Who we are
Podkarpackie Economic Self-Government was established to support entrepreneurs for whom dynamic development, innovation and broadly understood education are important, including support for vocational education, including adult education.

What we do
Our goal is to integrate and support entrepreneurs in all areas of the Chamber's activities so that they can fully exploit their potential, increase the competitiveness of their companies and achieve their own ambitious goals, while contributing to the economic growth of our region and country.

Among other things, we offer our members counseling, competence development through training courses and conferences, including those specially prepared to meet the individual expectations of the industry, as well as support in obtaining European funds, participation in economic missions, networking and many other activities. What does the Chamber offer?
1. cyclical meetings once a month for all members of the Chamber (with the possibility of organizing further meetings according to demand), such as:
- meetings related to business management, training and consulting (for those interested);
- integration meetings;
- presentation of Chamber members / speeches and lectures for willing Chamber members (current problems of Chamber members will be addressed, among other things);
- thematic meetings - the topics of the meetings will be related to the demand of industry groups and clubs, the meetings will be attended by invited experts from the industry;
- presentation of the business offer of Chamber members - each member of the Chamber has the right, by prior arrangement with the Board of Directors, to make a presentation on the products or services they offer.

15. cooperation with local government at the municipal, district and provincial levels.
16. giving an opinion on draft legislation being prepared.
17. representation of the interests of groups, clubs and members of the Chamber before administrative bodies

The objectives of the Chamber's activities are primarily:
Representing and protecting the economic interests of its member entrepreneurs, as well as their associations.
Formation, dissemination and promotion of the principles of ethics and fair play in business.
Monitoring and responding to changes in the rules and conditions of the economy, as well as draft laws and related executive acts on the tasks of unions representing employers and organizations of economic self-government.
To promote and undertake, in cooperation with the competent authorities, activities aimed at supporting the development of the education system, including in particular vocational education, vocational training in workplaces and in-service training of employees, including in the non-school system.
Encouraging members of the Chamber to cooperate with the scientific community, with particular emphasis on the implementation in enterprises of the results of research and development work carried out on behalf of entrepreneurs or independently of them, and resulting from the scientific work of employees of universities and independent research and development institutes.
Promoting employment and labor market institutions and acting as an employment intermediary within the meaning of the Employment Promotion and Labor Market Institutions Act of April 20, 2004 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 735, as amended).
To initiate and actively support activities that contribute to the growth of employment and broadly understood development of human resources in the Podkarpackie region, as well as to effectively reconcile the interests of employers and employees.
Supporting Chamber members and assisting them in case of emerging economic, organizational and legal problems concerning their business activities.
Increasing the competence and skills of Chamber members through the organization of periodic training courses and meetings related to the conduct of business, including meetings with experts in response to the reported needs of specific industry groups, as well as from counseling on:
applicable laws;
the applicable tax system;
business support on solving current problems of chamber members;
opportunities and rules for obtaining European funds;
applicable regulations and succession rules.
Promoting and actively participating in initiatives aimed at implementing innovative solutions in all areas of business, from innovative management strategies, building customer relations, creating marketing and promotional strategies, building a team of employees, to production processes and social relations, which will be a source of competitive advantage for members of the Chamber and the entire Podkarpackie region.
Integrating the local business community, as well as establishing business contacts with partners at home and abroad.
Undertaking activities for the benefit of the Podkarpackie region, especially in the field of successive improvement of business conditions, as well as increasing the attractiveness of the region for investors from home and abroad, including through the activation of entrepreneurship among the local community, as well as the education of children and young people, for example, in the framework of implemented internships or apprenticeships.
Promoting the Chamber's activities through, among other things:
committed participation of its members in events proposed by the Chamber, aimed at consolidating the business community, as well as attracting new Chamber members,
Delegating representatives of the Chamber, at the invitation of governmental and local government bodies, to participate in the work of advisory and consultative institutions in matters of broadly defined economic activity.
Creating conditions for the settlement of disputes through conciliation, conciliation and mediation.
To participate, on separately specified terms, in court proceedings in connection with the business activities of Chamber members.
Performing, at the request or with the consent of the Chamber, by decree of the Council of Ministers, tasks reserved by law for state administration.
Conducting lobbying activities, understood as any activity carried out by legally permitted methods and aimed at influencing public authorities in order to take into account the reasons and interests of certain social or professional groups in the decisions to be made - under the rules set forth in the Act of July 7, 2005 on lobbying activities in the lawmaking process.
Execution of tasks resulting from membership in the National Chamber of Commerce.
Implementation by the Chamber of activities and tasks commissioned to it on the basis of separate regulations or concluded contracts and agreements.
Engaging in initiatives and actions promoting artistic and cultural events, as well as supporting their development.
Conducting educational, training, consulting, promotional activities by the Chamber.
To popularize innovative solutions in the field of broadly understood economic activity, as well as to promote and popularize reliable information on economic activity in the region, the country or the European Union.


The Podkarpackie Self-Government Chamber of Commerce (PSG), which brings together entrepreneurs and employers, as well as their associations, is one of the newest institutions of its kind on the map of Poland. The Chamber was established on January 24, 2024 in Rzeszow by 52 founding members. The Chamber operates on the basis of the Act of May 20, 1989 on Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Act of May 23, 1991 on organizations of employers, as amended, and on the basis of its own Statute.
