About
I'm a tour guide from Kratovo, Macedonia. I finished Interpretation and Translation - English, French and Spanish at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. Furthermore, I finished my Master thesis at the Institute of Folklore "Marko Cepenkov" in Skopje at the department of Folkloristic. I worked in a regional television as a news anchor, journalist and editor. I also worked as an English teacher for 7 years in a private school.
In fact, I have been working as a tour guide for more than 12 years. I do individual, group and specific walking tours in many towns in Macedonia, primarily in: Kratovo, Skopje, Ohrid, Bitola, Krushevo, Strumica, Berovo. I also do some shorter tours in nature such as in the locality of Stone Dolls (natural landmark and rarity), discovering Kokino - megalithic observatory around 3800 years old that NASA put on the fourth place after Stonehenge, Abu Simbel and Anhor Wat; exploring Smolare and Koleshino waterfalls, discovering "Cocev Kamen" - prehistoric observatory, Saint Naum springs...
In addition, I also do tours in the beautiful Orthodox churches and monasteries in Macedonia with amazing frescoes and iconostasis, a few Catholic churches and many mosques dating from Ottoman empire. In addition, I also do tours in ancient Macedonian, Roman and Byzantine towns such as: Heraclea Lyncestis, Stobi, Skupi, Tranupara… Lately, really interesting are the gastronomy tours that I do so tourist can try the traditional and tasty food and beverage of Macedonia.
I have also done many Balkan tours as a tour leader in Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
So I have an extended experience in organizing, accomplishing, managing with successful tours with up to 50-60 people. I also do a lot of promotive videos for the destinations that I visit on my social media accounts.
