Winning Cities, Hotels and Travelers in the I must visit Award 2024 Competition

The Polish edition of the *I must visit Award* competition has ended at the end of 2024. Its aim was to distinguish unique and authentic places in Poland, as well as to reward people full of passion for discovering the world! Although it was only the first edition of this competition, it met with great interest and gathered many participants, and until the last hours the competition lasted and the places in the ranking changed!

During the competition period, more than 1,500 videos were added to the I must visit portal, and more than 80,000 places were marked as "I must visit"! The films added as part of the competition were surprising in their diversity, and many of them could arouse sincere delight. They included, among others, extraordinary landscapes, impressive architecture, monuments with a rich history, interesting museum collections, and even local attractions for tourists, organized events and beautiful Christmas decorations.

The competition was organized in three categories, dedicated to cities, hotels and travellers. In each of them, three participants received the Laureate title, unique statuette and commemorative diploma. The aforementioned statuette was designed especially for this competition, was hand-painted with references to each of the competition's Laureates, was printed from biodegradable materials, and was also finished with recycled materials. What's more, the Partner of the competition in the category for travelers was the luxury hotel group Donimirski Boutique Hotels, and each Laureate in this category received a voucher for a night stay in any hotel of this group, including one of Krakow's 5-star hotels or a 14th-century castle!

The winners of the competition in the category for the city were:
1st place: Jarosław, Podkarpackie
2nd place: Czarnia, Mazowieckie
3rd place: Szczytno, Warminsko-Mazurskie

The winners of the competition in the hotel category were:
1st place: Hotel Zamek Gniew, Gniew, Pomorskie
2nd place: Marysin Dwór, Katowice, Slaskie
3rd place: Talaria Resort & SPA, Trojanów, Mazowieckie

The winners of the traveler competition were:
1st place: Katarzyna Magrian
2nd place: Aleksandra Daszek
3rd place: Wioletta Ilkiewicz
