Nyungwe National Park

Nyungwe National Park, located in the southwestern part of Rwanda, is one of the oldest and most significant montane rainforests in Africa. Spanning over 1,000 square kilometers, the park is characterized by its breathtaking landscapes, with rugged mountains covered in dense vegetation, deep valleys, and numerous rivers. It is situated at an elevation ranging from 1,600 to 2,950 meters, creating a unique climate that supports a rich biodiversity.
