Regulations of the Competition
I must visit Award 2025
(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")
Version valid from 12th May 2025:
I. General provisions.
- The subject of these Regulations are the rules of participation, conduct and selection of the winners of the "I must visit Award 2025" competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").
- The Competition is organized by PERFECTCLUE Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Zimowit 42, 35-605 Rzeszów, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000986621, NIP: PL8133882813, REGON: 522791227 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- The Competition will be conducted via the "I must visit" website, available at: https://imustvisit.com.

The Competition will be held in the following categories:
- City,
- Attraction,
- Traveler
II. Participants of the Competition.
- The Participants of the Competition are all users of the "I must visit" service, who are Registered Service Users within the meaning of the "I must visit" service regulations, available at: https://imustvisit.com/es/terms.

The Participants of the Competition in the individual categories may be:
- in the category City: cities and villages,
- in the category Attraction: broadly understood tourist facilities, in particular museums, art galleries, castles, hotels and other accommodation facilities, all establishments providing food and catering services,
- in the category Traveler: all natural persons, including tourist guides.
- The Participants of the Competition automatically become all Registered Service Users of the "I must visit" service who have an account on the Portal and add at least one film during the Competition.
- The rules for creating an account and adding films to the "I must visit" service are described in the regulations of the aforementioned service, which are available at: https://imustvisit.com/es/terms.
III. Rules for conducting the Competition.
- Participation in the Competition is free of charge.

The Competition consists of the following stages:
- National Stage,
- World Stage.
- The Competition Committee appointed by the Organizer will select the Competition Winners.
- The Competition Committee consists of at least 3 members.

The Competition Committee selects the Winners based on, among others, the following criteria:
- number and quality of films,
- attractiveness and diversity of locations presented,
- number of "I must visit" votes next to the films.
- The Competition Committee will select 1 to 3 Winners in each category indicated in point I, section 4.
- The Organizer reserves the right not to award the title of Winner in any of the categories.

Distinctions may also be awarded in the following categories:
- "The most I must visit votes" - for the Participant whose films receive the most "I must visit" votes during the Competition,
- "The most films" - for the Participant who adds the largest number of films during the Competition.
- The maximum length of a film added by a Competition Participant is 1 minute. Only unedited films, recorded vertically, without the use of filters and without additional audio are allowed.
- The deadline for adding films is 23:59 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on the last day of the Competition, i.e. by 31.10.2025.
- In order for a film to be included in the total number of films published on the Participant's profile, relevant for determining the results of the Competition, it is sufficient for the Participant to send the film to the service within the time specified in paragraph 10 above, even if it is accepted by the moderators of the service after the above deadline.
- The results of the Competition will be announced via the I must visit portal by 30.11.2025.
IV. Prizes.
- The Winners will receive the following prizes: a hand-painted statuette and a commemorative diploma.
- Participants distinguished in the categories "The most I must visit votes" and "The most films" will receive a commemorative diploma in electronic form.
- The Organizer reserves the right to provide additional prizes for the Winners in individual categories. Information about the indicated prizes will be provided on the website: https://imustvisit.com/es/award/2025. The indicated prizes may also be funded by third parties.
V. Complaints procedure.
- Each Participant of the Competition has the right to file a complaint regarding the organization, conduct and selection of the winners of the Competition.
- The Participant shall file a complaint exclusively electronically to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
- The Organizer is obliged to respond to the Participant's complaint within 14 days of its submission. The response will be provided to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent.
VI. Copyright.
- Posting the film on the "I must visit" website is tantamount to granting the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to use the film.
- Detailed rules regarding the granted license indicated in point 1 above are contained in Chapter VII of the "I must visit" website Regulations, permanently available at: https://imustvisit.com/es/terms.
VII. Personal data protection.
- The administrator of the personal data of the Participants of the Competition is PERFECTCLUE Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Zimowit 42, 35-605 Rzeszów, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000986621, NIP: PL8133882813, REGON: 522791227 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- The Organizer processes the personal data of the Participants of the Competition in connection with entering the Competition (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC; hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the Participants of the Competition is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR). The Organizer processes the data of the Participants' representatives in connection with:
- organizing and conducting the Competition,
- communicating with the Participants,
- complaint procedure.
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle the Participant's participation in the Competition.
- Participants who have provided their data in connection with the organization of the Competition have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of data at any time in connection with personal data processing operations, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Participants who provided data in connection with the organization of the Competition have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. The President of the Personal Data Protection Office can be contacted in the following manner:

Each natural person whose personal data is administered by the Organizer, in addition to the rights indicated in paragraphs 5 and 6 above, has the right to access the content of their personal data and to:
- obtain comprehensive information about the maintained data set,
- obtain information about the purpose, scope and method of data processing,
- obtain information about the method of sharing data,
- request supplementation, updating and correction of personal data,
- temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
- In order to exercise the rights referred to in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7, the data subject may send an appropriate message by e-mail to the e-mail address: [email protected], or submit a written notification to the address of the Organizer provided in point 1.
VIII. Applicable law and final provisions.
- Any disputes that may arise in connection with the Competition shall be subject to Polish law and shall be resolved by Polish courts with local and material jurisdiction.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations in the event of a significant change in the circumstances related to the organization and conduct of the Competition.
- Changes to the Regulations shall apply after 7 days from the moment of posting information about the changes and the updated version of the Regulations at: https://imustvisit.com/es/award/2025/terms.
- These Regulations are permanently available at: https://imustvisit.com/es/award/2025/terms.
- To the extent not regulated in these Regulations, in particular in relation to the rules for creating an account and adding films, the rules described in the Regulations of the "I must visit" service, as well as the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, shall apply.
- The English version of these regulations is only a translation of its original Polish version. If there are any differences between Polish and English version, the Polish version should be applicable.
