I must visit Award 2025
The contest aims to recognize unique and authentic places, as well as to reward individuals who are passionate about discovering different corners of the world, both far and near. The contest is organized in several categories, i.e. for cities, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, travelers and tourist guides. Participation in the competition is completely free of charge. It consists of two stages, i.e. a national stage and a worldwide stage. Among the prizes to be won is a unique statuette, which is uniquely numbered, and hand-painted with references to the competition winner.
Is it for me?
The I must visit Award 2025 competition is organized in the following categories:
City, for both urban and rural areas.
Hotel, including for other accommodations such as apartments.
Restaurant, including for other catering facilities such as bars.
Tourist attraction, including for museums, monuments and beaches.
Traveler, exploring those further and closer corners of the world.
Tour guide, guiding tourists in a unique way.
The contest is open to participants from all over the world!
How to participate?
It's completely free, and very simple:
Create a free account, if you don't already have one.
Fill out your profile, adding at least a photo and a description.
Add videos showing interesting places and attractions.
Starting as a city? Show unusual views, historical sites, attractions, monuments, parks, swimming pools and organized events.
Starting as a hotel? Show window views, building, rooms, lobby, restaurant, spa area, garden, events and attractions nearby.
Starting as a restaurant? Show location, interior, dishes served, as well as events and attractions held nearby.
Starting as a tourist attraction? Show views, building, your offerings, events held, and attractions nearby.
Starting as a traveler? Show interesting places from your area, as well as from your travels, both near and far.
Starting as a tour guide? Show places from your tours, including local cuisine, culture, history and attractions.

What are the stages of the competition?
The competition consists of two stages:
National stage, from 01.03.2025 to 30.06.2025, with selection of National Winners by 31.07.2025.- World stage, from 01.08.2025 to 31.10.2025, with selection of World Winners by 31.11.2025.
What are the rules?
The basic rules for the national stage are as follows:
- The competition committee will select one to three National Laureates in each competition category.
- The competition committee will take into account e.g. the number, quality and diversity of the films, as well as the number of "I must visit" votes.
- Each National Laureate will receive a unique statuette and a commemorative diploma, and will also be able to use the title of National Laureate.
- Additional recognition in each category for the Participant with the highest number of accepted videos during the national stage.
- Additional recognition in each category for the Participant with the highest number of "I must visit" votes received during the national stage.
- Distinguished Participants will receive a commemorative electronic diploma.
The basic rules for the world stage are as follows:
- All National Laureates advance to the World stage and are named World Finalists.
- The competition committee will select one to three World Laureates in each competition category.
- The competition committee will take into account e.g. the number, quality and diversity of the films, as well as the number of "I must visit" votes.
- Each World Laureate will receive a unique statuette and a commemorative diploma, and will be able to use the title of World Laureate.

Why is our statuette special?
The Laureates of our competition are unique, so we want the award for each of them to be unique as well, and to be a recognizable and desirable distinction in the world of tourism. A distinctive feature of our competition is therefore the unique statuette:
- Designed from scratch specifically for this competition.
- Hand-painted with references to the specific Laureate of the competition.
- Printed from biodegradable materials.
- Finished with recycled materials.
- Uniquely numbered.

The I must visit Award contest has a mission and specific goals:
We highlight unique and authentic places, including lesser-known ones, which hide extraordinary beauty and can enchant visitors. At the same time, we remember that even in a small village, seemingly inconspicuous, magical locations can be found, and it is not always worth following the crowd, focusing only on the most popular destinations. Due to the diversity of places, several categories are available in our contest, including for cities and tourist attractions. By entering the contest you simultaneously promote the place in question, and for free!
We reward passionate individuals who explore the world. This passion can be realized either by taking long-distance trips around the world, or by focusing on places just a few or dozens of kilometers away from where you live. Often, even the immediate area is full of places filled with rich history, showcasing local culture and tradition, as well as featuring unique natural features that may prove interesting to travelers from other parts of the world. Travel, develop, build your profile on the portal and win prizes!
