I really recommend a tour from La Guancha to Monte Frio, it's a great walk, not too long, but you can see variety of flowers and trees, you can see some farms which are the pantry of the Island, and finally you can have a great view for North of Tenerife from Los Silos to Punta del Hidalgo, plus you can see mountain of Teide.
